Please complete the following form to request a move-in, move-out, or furniture delivery.

• There is a non-refundable move-in fee of $250.00 (not charged for move-out or delivery of 1-2 furniture items)
• A refundable damage deposit of $500.00 (returned immediately after the move if there is no new damage caused)
• A monitoring fee of $25 per hour charge. The minimum charge for monitoring the move is 2 (two) hours.
