Community Fire will be performing repairs to the fire safety equipment for the 5055 building on Wednesday, November 22 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Community Fire will need to access all the units on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors.

Please participate in an Online Survey regarding heat pumps in units. The Council would like your assistance in collecting information about the heat pumps (heating/cooling) in your unit. There seems to be a high number of heat pumps requiring service or replacement and it would help to understand how large an issue this is. Normally one would expect a heat pump to last at least 10-15 years.

An Owner has replaced their bulldog fan for their heatpump and is offering to sell it. If you are interested, please submit service form and we will pass on your contact information.
On Monday, July 24, 2023, the Annual General Meeting of the Owners of Strata Plan BCS4118 “Tsawwassen Springs”, will be held. Please review the Notice of Meeting which includes the Agenda, Previous Minutes, Proposed Budget, Resolutions, and a voting Proxy Form.
