Insurance

• Ensure that you have adequate insurance for your home and belongings.
• Provide a copy of the Strata insurance summary to your provider so that they can advise you best.

Water Shut-off

• Know the location of the water shut-off in your condo.
• Turn off the water if you plan on leaving your home for an extended period of time.

Dryer Filter

• Clean your dryer filter, and booster filter regularly.

Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems

• Replace your fire extinguisher before the marked expiry date
• Replace the batteries in your smoke detectors annually
• Replace your smoke detectors if older than 10 years. (The strata has agreed to provide these - please submit a maintenance request)
